Apache Pizza was founded in 1996 in Dublin by a team of food lovers who wanted to bring authentic, stone-baked pizza to Ireland. We believed that pizza should be made with locally-sourced, fresh ingredients — never frozen, never rushed. That philosophy has guided every decision we've made over the past 28 years.

What began as a single location in Dublin's Old Bawn Shopping Centre quickly grew thanks to the loyalty of our customers and the dedication of our team.
