Apache Pizza delivers across Dublin and surrounding areas including Tallaght, Rathfarnham, Templeogue, Firhouse, Knocklyon, Ballyboden, Brittas, and more. To confirm whether we deliver to your address, visit our Delivery page or call us on +353 1 451 0222 and our team will check your postcode.
We aim to have your order delivered within 30–45 minutes from confirmation, depending on your distance and current demand. During peak hours (Friday and Saturday evenings) delivery may take slightly longer. You will receive an estimated time when your order is confirmed. For collection, your order is typically ready in 15–20 minutes.
Absolutely. Apache Pizza prides itself on flexibility. You can choose your:
- Pizza base (thin & crispy, deep pan, or gluten-friendly option)
- Sauce (tomato, BBQ, garlic cream, or pesto)
- Toppings — add, remove or substitute any ingredient
- Cheese quantity (extra cheese, half cheese, or dairy-free alternative)
Yes! We offer a gluten-friendly base for customers with gluten sensitivities. Please note this is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, so it may not be suitable for those with coeliac disease. Full allergen information is available on our Menu page alongside each item. Our pizzas and sides may contain or come into contact with the 14 major allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soya. If you have a severe allergy, please call us on +353 1 451 0222 before ordering so we can advise you personally. We take allergen requests seriously and will always try to accommodate your needs safely.
Yes, there is a minimum order value of €12.00 for delivery orders. This ensures our drivers can make the delivery worthwhile for every customer. There is no minimum for collection orders. Delivery charges may apply depending on your distance from our store — these are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
We accept a wide range of payment options:
- Online: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- In-store / Collection: Cash, card (contactless or chip & PIN)
- Delivery: Payment is taken online at checkout; we do not accept cash on delivery at this time
Yes! You can pre-order up to 24 hours in advance. During checkout, select "Schedule for later" and choose your preferred delivery or collection time. Pre-orders are perfect for parties, events or office lunches. Please note scheduled orders are subject to availability and we recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance during busy periods.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 5 minutes of being placed, before they enter our kitchen. To do so, call us immediately on +353 1 451 0222 or email [email protected]. Once your order is in preparation we are unable to make changes or offer a refund for change of mind. For more information, please read our Refund Policy.
We strive for perfection with every order, but if something isn't right we want to make it right. If your order arrives cold, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery by phone on +353 1 451 0222 or by email. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please keep the original order packaging when reporting an issue — it helps us investigate and improve.
Yes! Apache Pizza caters for everything from birthday parties to corporate events and sporting club get-togethers. We offer group discounts on orders of 10+ pizzas. For large catering enquiries, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we can ensure the freshest ingredients and smooth preparation. Our team will work with you to create the perfect menu for your event.
No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free Apache Pizza account lets you:
- Save your favourite orders for quick reordering
- Track your order history
- Store delivery addresses securely
- Access exclusive member-only offers and promotions
If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a secure reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If you continue to have trouble accessing your account, contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll assist you promptly.
We regularly offer promotional codes to our newsletter subscribers and social media followers. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram (@apachepizza) to stay up to date. Discount codes can be applied at checkout — simply enter the code in the "Promo Code" field before completing your order. We do not stack multiple discounts on a single order unless explicitly stated in the promotion.
